We were very happy with Rising Gastronomers for our 20 person barbecue! Sabrina was incredibly professional and responsive in setting up the details, and she accommodated all of my menu requests. The burgers were delicious(!), and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy our guests while Sabrina and Leo cooked. We were also happy to donate to the RG mission - and support a non-profit organization that aids youth in developing entrepreneurship, leadership, and cooking skills.

Sabrina and her charming team impressed from the beginning. Starting with a walk-through of the venues to figure out the flow of the party, she had excellent suggestions for the kinds of appetizers that would work. Not pushing her own agenda but listening to our needs, she, Leo and Zach came up with some creative ideas and also suggested their amazing charcuterie board. It's absolutely gorgeous and creatively laid out. For the dinner for 65, they roasted various vegetables and created a sauce for them, as well as for the salmon, that guests are still asking the recipe for. Not only was their food delicious, but as servers they were friendly and relaxed and made a huge impression on our guests. I will use Rising Gastronomers in the future and am looking forward to trying their famous grilled pizzas. Don't hesitate because they're young. They're entrepreneurial, organized, talented chefs and delightful to have around. Five stars!”
