Rising Gastronomers works with you to set the right menu at the right budget.
The team developed an innovative pricing structure to account for varying menus and requests.
Plus, we believe the pricing structure makes us very cost competitive.

The structure includes a formula for: (1) food costs + (2) prep time + (3) serving time.
It’s as easy as 1 + 2 + 3!
1 = FOOD COSTS
The team shops efficiently for high-quality ingredients and will provide an estimate prior to your event.
Rising Gastronomers will keep all receipts as backups for you. Then, the team makes a simple calculation of:
FOOD COSTS +20%
Why passthrough the food costs? Because then you only pay for the menu you select.
Why add 20% of the food costs? Because we use ingredients from our kitchen so that we don’t have to buy things you don’t use (like a huge container of oregano), and we take the time to find the highest quality ingredients at the most reasonable cost.
2 = PREP TIME
The team preps for your event as efficiently as possible and will provide an estimate prior to your event.
Then, the team makes a simple calculation of:
# PREP HOURS x $25
So, if the team is making pizza at your event on site and delivering salads, then you won’t have much prep time.
But if the team is preparing a six course meal for thirty people, then there will be more prep time.
3 = SERVICE TIME
The team offers drop-off options and full service event options.
Event service is priced at $20 PER SERVER/HOUR and $25 PER CHEF/HOUR.

The team endeavors to partner with you for your special event.
No grill? No problem! We can bring a grill to your event for a small expense.
A favorite recipe? We’re ready! We can perfect your requests.
We are always open to considering special requests and unique pricing for them.
